Intel, NVIDIA and AMD aren't particularly consistent with their naming schemes and what series has what capabilities. This list goes into detail on exactly which cards have a hardware encoder to host on Parsec.
Any GTX or RTX card starting from the 600 series, except the GTX 670M and 675M. Some GT or GeForce cards from the 600 to the 900 series may work but that varies wildly and is not guaranteed.
Any CPU with integrated graphics in the list below.
Some iGPUs with no specific number may not have the QuickSync encoder, such as this Haswell 2955U.
Any GPUs in the list below. Mobile counterparts may not have an encoder. Some R7 250 and R7 350 may have an encoder, but that is not guaranteed.
